By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. National Investigative Services, LLC (“NIS”) is not a law firm. If you require legal advice, consult a licensed attorney.
Professional services are provided pursuant to written agreements (including Professional Services Agreements, Statements of Work, addenda, and related documents). In the event of any conflict between these website terms and an executed service agreement, the executed service agreement controls.
If you choose to remit payment by credit or debit card, you may be directed to a secure third-party payment portal (e.g., Stripe, Inc.). Card payments are submitted directly to the third-party processor. NIS does not receive, process, store, or retain your full card details. Your use of the third-party processor is subject to that provider’s terms and policies.
Statement Descriptor: You acknowledge that charges may appear on your bank or card statement as “NIS Services LLC.”
NIS may accept multiple payment methods (such as ACH transfer, wire transfer, or Zelle) which may be offered without additional fees. If you elect to pay by credit or debit card via a third-party payment processor, a 3.9% convenience fee may apply to offset processing costs. The convenience fee (if applicable) will be disclosed at or before the time of payment.
Payments made in connection with an executed service agreement are governed by that agreement. If a payment is disputed or charged back through a financial institution or third-party processor, the parties’ rights and obligations are determined by the executed agreement and applicable law.

This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. NIS makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the website or its content, including accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NIS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this website.
